The intro call is 30 minutes and free. If we both want to move forward, the audit itself is a separate 60-minute call, then the written plan back to you within 48 hours.

The bar is simple: at least one recommendation specific enough that you could start on it this week. If you finish reading the plan and nothing clears that bar, no invoice goes out.

Are you affiliated with any of the tools you recommend?
No. I don't take affiliate dollars from any vendor. The tools in my catalog get evaluated on whether they fit your operation, period. If a free tool is the right answer, I'll say so.
Will I be working with you directly, or with someone on your team?
Directly with me. I run the audit, write the plan, and deliver it. No team page because there's no team.
Do I need to hire someone to actually deploy the recommendations?
Depends on the recommendation. Some clients run the rollout themselves with the plan and save the cost. Others want help, and I'll scope implementation work separately if it fits.
Will this replace my staff?
No. The audit looks for AI that gives your existing team time back. If a recommendation would change headcount, I'll flag it explicitly during the call. Your call to make, not mine.
Where does my audit transcript go?
Stays private. Processed only by tools I control, deleted after I deliver the plan. Never shared with vendors, never used to train AI models. If you have a stricter data handling requirement (a BAA, an NDA, an industry-specific policy), tell me on the intro call.
How much of the plan is AI-written?
Every recommendation in the plan is mine. I built a tool that takes the audit transcript and produces a first draft of the writeup, so I'm not retyping the same structure for every client. I edit every line before it goes to you. The judgment is mine; the formatting is faster.
