iWorkflow Implementation

After the audit, we build it.

The audit tells you what to use. Implementation is when the tools actually show up in your business and your team runs them without you.

Book a 30-minute intro call

Free, same slot as the audit intro call. Best with your audit plan in hand, but new here is fine too. No card upfront. We scope on the call.

iiEngagement models

Two ways to work together.

Same recommendations from the audit. Different shape depending on who’s actually doing the building inside your business.

Done with you

You build it, I coach you through it.

Two calls a month for 1-2 months. We walk through building each workflow live on the call. You drive the keyboard, I unblock the decisions. Best when someone on your team can take it on and just needs a coach in the room.

Done for you

I build it, write the SOPs, hand it off.

I set up the tools, write the SOPs your team will actually follow, and run a live training session. At the end your team owns the workflow. Best when nobody on your team has the bandwidth to be the one building.

Done-with-you runs as a monthly retainer; you can stop, pause, or extend after the first two months. Done-for-you is a fixed-price project; ongoing support after handoff is quoted separately if it makes sense.

iiiScope

What’s in scope, what isn’t.

The point of an implementation engagement is to get a specific set of recommendations from the audit plan into your operation. Not to become your full-time AI department.

In scope

  • Tool selection, account setup, and configuration
  • Workflow design tied to how your business actually runs
  • Plain-language SOPs your team can follow without me
  • A live training session, recorded so new hires can use it
  • 30 days of email support after handoff

Not in scope

  • Custom software builds
  • Anything I'd need to learn on your dime
  • Recommendations that lock you into a vendor I'd profit from
ivPricing

Two models, two shapes.

Done-with-you runs as a monthly retainer. Done-for-you is a fixed-price project. The audit on the intro call tells us which one fits, and I quote post-call based on the actual scope of work.

Most owners start with done-with-you, where you keep the keyboard and I coach. Done-for-you is for when you want several workflows built and handed off and nobody on your team has the time. If you only need one or two fixes, you may not need either, the audit plan alone is enough to act on.

Your $500 audit fee credits against either model.

If the audit plan doesn’t justify an implementation, I’ll tell you that on the intro call and we won’t move forward. That happens. It’s fine.
